At Red Cat Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Your Media

  Carefully pack the record or item in its original mailer or equivalent protective packaging to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item to verify the defect, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement copy within 3-5 business days.
