How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use premium, double-walled cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl records. Each order includes stiffener inserts and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns for non-defective records that have been opened or played due to a change of heart.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Red Cat Records ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How do you grade the condition of your used records?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for grading. Every used record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure the grading (from Mint to Good) accurately reflects the audio quality and sleeve condition.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
